- The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates the provisions of the General Regulation (RODO).

The consequence of failing to provide personal data will be that the Service will not be able to provide the service. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes is voluntary and independent of the service provided.
